With almost 30 years of experience in the home loan industry, Eileen Burke offers Seattle homebuyers a wealth of knowledge from the first meeting. In addition to her dedication to her customers and their needs, Eileen is backed by a team of mortgage experts.

During her career with Cobalt Mortgage, Eileen has proved to be a true specialist in all types of financing programs, including new home purchases and refinancing. She also offers clients assistance with financial planning, and debt consolidation.

As a charter member of the Lake Union Rotary and the Women's Business Exchange, Eileen keeps up to date with local real estate trends—this enables her to share vital knowledge with her clients. She also maintains a personal web site where homebuyers can apply for their loans 24 hours a day.

In her spare time, Eileen is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Queen Anne Little League.
